I write about what artificial intelligence actually requires of leaders. The answer is almost never more technology.
"Every leader I have seen struggle with AI is not struggling with the technology. They are struggling with the thinking they had before it arrived."
From Signal and StrategyI have spent fifteen years in roles that didn't obviously connect: pastor, technology consultant, enrollment technology executive. The through line I have found in all of them is that the hard part has never been the tool in front of me. It has always been the clarity, courage, and judgment the tool requires of the person holding it.
That is what I write about. Not the tools. The thinking.
