Direct. Practical. Uncomfortable in the right ways.
I speak at leadership conferences, executive retreats, and corporate offsites. My sessions are designed to leave leaders with a clearer sense of the actual problem, not a sharper awareness of the hype. I don't do keynotes that make AI sound like a guarantee. I do sessions that make the hard work feel possible and worth doing.
Most of my speaking draws on the same through line as my writing: the limit in AI adoption is almost never the technology. It is the clarity, culture, and judgment of the people and organizations trying to use it. My job in a room is to name that clearly and point toward what it actually takes to close the gap.
What I speak about
AI Doesn't Create Clarity. Leadership Does.
The flagship talk. What AI actually reveals about organizational clarity gaps, why the hardest part of the technology shift is not the technology, and what leaders can do about it before the tools arrive.
The Clarity Gap: Why Most Organizations Aren't Ready for AI
A diagnostic framework for understanding where organizational clarity breaks down under AI adoption pressure, and a practical path for rebuilding it before deployment rather than after.
Leading Through Noise: Decision-Making When the Tools Are Getting Smarter
How to protect your judgment in an environment of abundant, fast, persuasive AI output. Practical frameworks for the moments when the tool gives you an answer and your job is to know whether to trust it.
From Manager to Meaning-Maker: What AI Requires of People Leaders
As AI handles more of the work that once defined management, the role of a leader shifts. This talk explores what that shift looks like in practice, and how the leaders who navigate it well are doing it.
